Campaign Customization

On creating a new campaign form, a box with the campaign name, campaign key, date created, feedback counts and campaign status (Active or Inactive) is displayed on the campaign card.

To gain access to the full customisation features, click on the Kebab Menu (⋮) icon that appears at the top right of the campaign card.

A dropdown menu with varying options is displayed overlapping the card, Tap the Edit Form option on your campaign card to customize the campaign form. You can customize the form, (whether it's a feedback form or a review form), to match your platform's style and branding.

There are many options you can customize, including:

• Adding Block Types
  
• Brand form styling
  
• Campaign publish
  
• Adding extra configurations and settings
  
• Adding integrations to receive feedback in your product tools, such as Slack and Notion
