Invite and Manage Users

Adding or inviting users to your Ralipo account allows you manage feedback issues faster with your teammates in a project workflow manner.

Here you can assign various roles any of the user added based on features they need access to.

You also get to assign reported issues raised by your app users/customers to teammates you add for an effective resolution.

How to Invite Users and Team Members

  • Navigate to Company Logo (opens in a new tab) at the top-left of the sidebar, then select Company Profile from the pop-up that shows up.
  • Click on Users from the menu list.
  • To add a new user, click on the New user button to open a form modal.
  • Enter the fullname, email, role and job title for the user you want to add.
  • Once you have supplied details, click on create button on the form modal to completely add the user.
  • The newly added user appears on the list of users along with perculiar role.

How to edit user details

  • On the users page (opens in a new tab), look out for the list of users pre-added.
  • Hover on the specific user, you want to delete or remove from your Ralipo account to display the elipsis menu.
  • Select Edit user from dropdown options displayed.
  • An update user modal is displayed on which you can change initial information (fullname, email, role, job title) for a specific user.
  • Click on the Save button to append the changes for the user.

Delete a user

  • On the users page (opens in a new tab), look out for the list of users pre-added.
  • Hover on the specific user, you want to delete or remove from your Ralipo account to display the elipsis menu.
  • Select Delete user from dropdown options displayed.
  • Once you select Delete user a warning modal is displayed to which you can select Continue button to confirm removal or Cancel button to stop action.

User Roles

Adding users to your Ralipo account requires you to assign roles. Roles determine the product features a user can have access to. Primarily on Ralipo there are three major roles which are

  1. SuperAdmin: Also known as the Account owner, has access to all features on Ralipo. There can only be one SuperAdmin per account
  2. Admin: Takes a similar role with SuperAdmin with the exception of Billing management
  3. Member: The Member role comes with limited access and permission. A member is primary assigned to comments, issues and feedbacks received from App users.
