Delete a Campaign

Delete a campaign

Campaigns deleted are moved into the trash section and can be retrieved/restored at a latter time. However, items kept in trash for more than 30 days are deleted permanetly.



To delete a campaign from campaign page:.

  1. Click on the kebab menu icon (⋮)from the list of campaigns created.
  2. Tap on the delete option. A modal prompting you to delete is displayed with additional information and a button to delete and cancel.
  3. Click on Delete button to remove the campaign
💡

You can't create a new campaign with the same campaign key for one deleted. Unless it is deleted permanently
