  2. Display settings
  3. Analytics settings

Here's how to customize your campaign feedback form using the validation settings, display settings, and analytics settings.

Validation Settings

Validation settings allow you to restrict or limit the visibility of your campaign feedback form based on users, devices, or even the web domain route. These settings are made to:

  1. Audience: Determines who gets access to see the feedback form on your web app. This is streamlined into four options:

    • Everyone: With this option selected, the feedback form is available to everyone who visits your site.
    • Logged-in users: Access to fill the feedback form applies only to authenticated users.
    • Target specific users by email: This option allows you to add specific emails for customers you want to give feedback.
    • Exclude specific users by email: This option allows you to exclude specific users from filling out the feedback form through their email.
  2. Display frequency: This setting determines how often a user gets to see the campaign feedback form to fill and submit. There are two options specified in the dropdown field of this setting:

    • All the time: Here, a user can see the form appear as a pop-up all the time and get prompted to fill the form again, even after initial filling and submission.
    • Hide after submission: Here, a user can only fill the form once and submit feedback. Once the form is filled, the campaign pop-up disappears from the site for such a user.
  3. Device: With this setting, you can streamline what device type you want your app users to access the form on. You can specify one or two of either desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.

  4. Domain: The Domain setting allows you to specify the route on which your app user get to see the feedback form to fill instead of it appearing on every page on your web app.

Display Settings

This allows you determine what format you want to display a campaign form to your users and set restrictions. You can make changes on what language format to display with the campaign and also add the extra functionality for collecting app user's email and phone number on form filling completion.

  1. Language: Here, you can pick your preferred language for this form from a variety of options. This applies to all text that is not customized by you, such as default buttons and error messages.

  2. Show email and phone number on widget: You can pick any of the options to determine what extra data you want to collect. That's either phone number, email or both.
